Refund policy

At Watch Tailors, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with any tags or protective films intact.

How to start a return

Email us at akshay@steeelkick.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll reply with the return address and next steps. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your item arrived faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping cost — just include a photo when you contact us.

Final sale items

Made-to-order and custom-sized products — including our made-to-order leather straps cut to a specific lug width — are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or colour is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order once your return is approved.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us at akshay@steeelkick.com within 30 days so we can make it right at no cost to you.
