Shipping policy
We ship Watch Tailors straps and accessories worldwide. Here’s what to expect.
Processing time
In-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order items (such as our made-to-order leather straps) require additional production time, typically 3–7 business days before they ship. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
Shipping rates
- Free Standard shipping across Canada and the United States on all orders — no minimum.
- Express shipping is available at checkout for Canada and the United States for an additional fee, where faster delivery is needed.
- International orders (outside Canada and the U.S.): shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order, using live Canada Post rates. You’ll see the exact cost before you pay.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed:
- Canada: Standard 5–10 business days; Express 2–4 business days.
- United States: Standard 7–14 business days; Express 3–6 business days.
- International: typically 10–20 business days depending on the Canada Post service selected, destination, and local customs.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office if you are unsure of the charges that may apply.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, or arrives damaged, please contact us at akshay@steeelkick.com with your order number and we’ll help track it down or make it right. Please note that delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather are outside our control.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to correct it before dispatch.
