This website is operated by Watch Tailors (“we”, “us”, “our”). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Watch Tailors. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any Service.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
1. Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province, state, or country of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
3. Products and Pricing
Prices for our products are shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible; we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will be accurate. All watch straps and accessories are aftermarket products and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any watch brand named for compatibility purposes (e.g. references to specific watch models are for fitment guidance only).
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer and to discontinue any product at any time. All descriptions of products and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
5. Orders and Cancellations
Once an order is placed it is processed quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at akshay@steeelkick.com. Made-to-order items enter production shortly after purchase and may not be cancellable once production has begun.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.
7. Third-Party Links
Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party materials or websites.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no case shall Watch Tailors, our directors, officers, employees, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the Service or any products procured using the Service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
